This policy explains how returns are handled for approved custom FinalMark orders.
Made-to-order items
FinalMark products are custom-made and generally not eligible for return after approval and production.
Because many products are personalized, engraved, branded, or produced for a specific transaction or team, change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
Eligible return situations
Returns may be considered only if the product is damaged, defective, or materially inconsistent with the approved specification.
Customers must contact FinalMark before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Approved return handling
Returned items, if approved, should be unused, reasonably protected, and shipped according to FinalMark's instructions.
