FinalMark creates custom, made-to-order commemorative products. Shipping timelines vary based on product format, materials, design complexity, quantity, destination, and the production schedule for the order.

Estimated delivery timing will be discussed during the quote and production process. Customers should not assume a delivery date is guaranteed unless that date is confirmed in writing.

Shipping costs, shipping methods, and eligible destinations may vary by order. FinalMark will discuss available shipping options as part of the quote or production process.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. FinalMark is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses, missing approvals, incomplete information, or late payment.

FinalMark is not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, or other delays outside of its reasonable control.

International shipments, if accepted, may be subject to customs, duties, taxes, or import fees. Those costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Files, logos, or confidential reference materials should be shared only through a secure channel after initial contact.
